Booking Information
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Manoria Estate.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00)
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy & Additional Guests
Manoria Estate accommodates up to 19 overnight guests across its 7 rooms and suites.
Additional visitors are welcome. For gatherings exceeding 30 people in total, additional charges may apply, depending on the nature and requirements of the event. Such arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.
Additional Services
Additional services should be requested at least 14 days prior to arrival to ensure availability and proper arrangements.
For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, guests are welcome to share their preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate their requests, subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your exclusive reservation of Manoria Estate.
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
In certain exceptional circumstances, reservations may be rescheduled, subject to availability and prior approval by Manoria Estate.
Property Handover & Inspection
No security deposit is required.
Upon arrival, the estate is handed over to guests in good condition, and a property handover document is signed at check-in.
At check-out, a member of our staff will conduct a final inspection to ensure that the property and its facilities have been left in good condition.
House Rules
Private Events
While Manoria Estate is primarily intended for private stays, we may accommodate selected private events upon request.
Should you wish to host a special occasion at the estate, we invite you to share the nature of your event, the number of guests and any specific requirements.
Based on your needs, we will be happy to provide a tailored rental quotation and explore how we may assist with the planning and organisation of your event, including additional services through our trusted collaborators.
Event Spaces & Facilities
Our event facilities include:
Indoor & Outdoor Event Spaces
Including the poolside area, pontoon, outdoor terrace and a dedicated indoor event space.
Indoor Event Area
Equipped with a bar island, beverage refrigeration and a complete event setup for up to 70 guests.
Furniture
Standard event tables and chairs provided by Manoria Estate.
Catering Preparation Area
A dedicated space for external catering teams to prepare, plate and organise food service.
Restroom Facilities
Indoor and outdoor guest restrooms.
Private Parking
On-site parking available for event guests.
Accommodation (Optional)
Sound System
An ambient sound system is available on-site for background music. Professional sound equipment for parties, DJs or live performances must be arranged separately through external providers.
Event Hours
Manoria Estate does not accommodate events that continue into the early morning hours. Event schedules must be agreed upon and approved in advance.

Through our network of trusted external collaborators, we can recommend a wide range of services to complement your event, including:
- Catering and professional food service
- Bartending and beverage services
- Photography and videography
- DJs and live entertainment
- Floral design and decorative arrangements
- Event furniture rental
- Bespoke event styling and elaborate setups
All additional services are provided by independent external professionals and are arranged separately from the estate rental.

Event rental rates are tailored individually, taking into consideration the number of guests, the complexity of the event, the spaces required and the overall setup.
