The Estate is Pet friendly. We love animals as the owners have their 4 dogs on the Estate, we just need your reassurance that your pet is well behaved and doesn’t have messy parents.
Our silent hours are from 11: 00 pm to 07 : 00 am.
For all additional activities such as Massage, Picnic, Wine Tasting, Welcoming in Room Decor, please make an inquire prior to your stay so that we can let you know all the details and agenda.
Families with kids, please address to us by e-mail or phone when booking your stay so we can provide the most suited Room / Rooms for you.
Additional Guest Fee – 30 EUR per Night
Kids Menu, 6 Meals – 130 EUR
This is available for kids from 3 to 14 years old.
Only by Reservation.
Reservations coming from outside Guests for Lunch & Dinner, on Wednesdays & Thursdays must be made prior with minimum 2 days notice. Please do keep in mind we serve a Food Set Menu, therefore we advise you to ask about the Menu when making an inquiry.
Pool Reservations are only available during Wednesdays & Thursdays or on Brunch Days.
If you are interested to book the Estate for your Event, we can arrange a meeting at MANORIA to go through all your requests and options.
What standard fees are there?
As you may have come across our ‘Reserve Estate’ page, there are 2 ways in which you can book the entire Estate for holidays or other purposes.
FIRST CHOICE, where you can book location anytime of the week with NO Services with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
SECOND CHOICE, where you can book location anytime of the week with your Preferred Services
If you choose to have a Full Day Menu with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Cooking & Serving Services will be included in the Menu you have chosen, same policy goes for your personalised Drinks Menu.
Any other optional Services which have additional charges will be payable us listed in our ‘Reserve Estate’ & ’Things to Do’ pages.
Invitations and Poster will be launched with minimum 2 weeks in advance. For booking seats & accommodation we charge 50% of the Food Set Menu / Accommodation, the other half will be charged at your departure, while drinks will be served A la Carte. Please do keep in mind the advance payment is non-refundable.
Usual Prices vary from 40 EUR to 300 EUR depending on the Brunch Menu, Retreat Schedule, Season & Entertainment & Special Guests.
